Some CampusKnot users are experiencing issues when requesting an SMS verification code.
Why is this happening?
Rulings and regulations implemented by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on July 5, 2023, require every messaging provider who services Application-to-Person (A2P) Campaigns in the U.S. to conduct vetting and be fully registered to an approved campaign before sending messages. This new regulation is affecting every U.S. company supporting communication via SMS.
The solution:
Our team is now conducting hourly SMS verifications to ensure that your accounts remain fully functional and accessible. However, if you're seeing a screen like this ๐

Follow these steps (Website users):
Log out of your account and log back in.
To check if your phone number has been verified on the website click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select the 'Account Settings option.
4. Look for the 'Verified' icon by your phone number.

Inside the 'More' option select the 'manage all your profile settings' section.
