The proofing process is designed to make sure your artwork comes out exactly as you imagined. Here’s how it works:
You place your order
Choose your size, frame, color style, and personalization details.Your design enters the artist queue
One of our illustrators picks up your order and starts creating your custom Family Garden.We prepare your first proof
Once the initial design is ready, we upload it to your proof dashboard.You receive an email notification
The email includes a unique link where you can view your proof, approve it, or request changes.You review the artwork
Check details like names, flowers, dates, colors, and layout.Approve or request edits
If everything looks perfect → approve it.
If something needs adjusting → request a revision directly from the same link.
Production starts after approval
We only print and frame your artwork once you approve it, to ensure complete accuracy.
P.S.: During peak season our artist queue moves slower than usual, but our team is working nonstop to keep proofs flowing as quickly as possible.
