Complex orders β Large families, many flowers, color changes, or special custom requests take longer.
Revision backlog β If many customers request edits at once, the queue grows.
Email issues β Sometimes the proof is ready but stuck in spam or promotions.
If your proof is past the expected window, check spam first.
