Our artist queue becomes longer, revisions take more time, and designs often require extra detail because they’re meant as Christmas gifts.
Here’s what to expect:
Proofs may take longer than the usual 24–72 hours
Revision turnaround may extend by a day or two
Email reminders still go out, but response times may be slightly slower
We prioritize orders based on date and Christmas cut-off timelines
Even with delays, every order is created by a real artist, and we work nonstop to ensure all approved designs make it in time for Christmas.
