Why Do I Only See One Proof If I Ordered Multiple Items?

Understand why your proofs may appear separately and how the delivery process works.

If you ordered more than one item, it's completely normal to see only one proof at first.

Our artists upload each design as soon as they finish it, which means your proofs may be delivered one by one, not all at the same time.

You will receive a separate email for each item

Every product you purchased gets its own proof email.

So if you only received one, it simply means the next design is still being finalized.

If you only see one proof in your dashboard, don’t worry

You can go ahead and review or request changes for the proof that is already available.

As soon as the next item is ready, you’ll receive a new email with its proof link.

When to contact us

If more than 24 hours pass between one proof and the next, feel free to reach out.

We’ll check your order and make sure everything is moving correctly.
