Can I request a specific CaptionCall number?

Can I change my CaptionCall number to a specific number?

When you first register your CaptionCall Mobile account, you are automatically assigned a CaptionCall number with your specified area code. We are unable to change your CaptionCall number to something specific.

Don't want to deal with the hassle of a new number? Don't sweat it. When you set up Call Forwarding and My Caller ID, you can keep using your regular phone number as if nothing changed at all.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
