CaptionCall Mobile is a call captioning app for Apple and Android smartphones that uses an automated transcription system to caption phone calls quickly, accurately, and privately.

There is no cost to use the CaptionCall service for qualified users experiencing difficulties communicating over the phone due to hearing loss.

Thanks to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), funds are set aside to help people with hearing loss effectively use the telephone.

Since the IP CTS fund compensates us for the services we offer, we are able to provide the service at no cost!

To be eligible to use the CaptionCall service, you must have hearing loss that necessitates the use of a captioned telephone service.
