🔄 Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. No worries — it happens!

    1. Click Forgot Password and enter the email you have in Carebility.

    2. Check for an email from no-reply@mg.carebility.com (peek in spam/junk too).

    3. If you don’t see it, you’re likely using the wrong email — check with your admin or ask our AI agent for human support.

    4. Open the email and follow the instructions.
      ⚠️ The reset link is valid for 1 day.

    5. Click the link, create a new password, and log in with your new credentials.

🚨 Still Having Trouble?

Make sure you're using the correct username.

  • If you’re a Carebility user, it should be the email on file.

  • If you’re with Creative Solutions, you can also use your six-digit employee ID.

Not receiving the reset email?
You must enter the same email that’s listed in Carebility.
