ℹ️ Note: If you don’t see the option to change your password in Settings, your organization may manage passwords through Single Sign-On (SSO) or an HR system. In that case, please contact your administrator for assistance.
Why You Might Change Your Password
You may want to update your password if:
You think someone else may know it
Your organization requires periodic password updates
You’ve used the same password on other websites and want something more secure
How to Change Your Password
On iPhone or iPad
Tap Settings in the bottom menu
Select Account & Settings
Tap Change Password
Enter your new password in the New Password field
Re-enter it in the Confirm Password field
Tap Set New Password
You’ll see a confirmation message: “Password updated”
On Android
Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left
Tap Settings
Select Account & Settings
Tap Change Password
Enter your new password in the New Password field
Re-enter it in the Confirm Password field
Tap Set New Password
You’ll see a confirmation message: “Password updated”
Password Requirements
Your new password must:
Be at least 8 characters long
Not contain your username or email address
Not match any of your last 3 passwords
These requirements help protect your account from unauthorized access.
After You Change Your Password
Once updated:
You’ll see a “Password updated” confirmation message
You can continue using the app immediately
If logged out later, use your new password to sign back in

Error: “Password doesn’t meet requirements.”
Make sure your new password:
Has at least 8 characters
Doesn’t include your username or email
Has not been used in your last 3 passwords
Try creating a different password that meets all requirements.

If you don’t remember your current password, you won’t be able to change it in Settings. Instead:
Go to the sign-in screen
Tap Problem signing in? Get help
Follow the steps to reset your password
After resetting, you can update it again if needed.

Close the Carebility app completely
Reopen the app and try again
Confirm you have a stable internet connection
Double-check that your new password meets all requirements
