  1. Welcome to Carebility: This training will guide you through your Carebility account and how to effectively use our training resources.

  2. Importance of Training: Carebility's training ensures you're prepared for complex situations, reduces errors, maintains compliance, and enhances your confidence and team coordination. Elevated ability to care leads to elevated lives.

  3. Accessing Account Settings: Click your name in the upper-right corner of any page and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Return to Learning Path: Click the Carebility logo at the top of any page to return to your Learning Path.

  5. Learning Path Overview: Your Learning Path is your personal training dashboard. It lists required courses with due dates and progress indicators.

    • "Past Due" or "Due Soon" labels will be visible for courses nearing their deadlines.

    • Completed courses show a green checkmark, credits earned, and a greyed-out due date.

  6. Starting/Continuing Courses:

    • Click the blue "Start" button to begin a new course.

    • Click the blue "Continue" button to resume a previously started course.

  7. Course Navigation: Courses are structured with Chapters, Lessons, Segments, and Assessments, shown on a timeline.

    • Press the "Play" button to start each section.

    • Press the "Next" button to proceed after completing a section.

  8. Training Video Features:

    • Use the controls within training videos for pause/play, volume adjustment, play speed, Picture in Picture, and full-screen viewing.

  9. Course Assessments:

    • Assessments review key concepts.

    • Click the assessment button to begin.

    • Select your answer and submit.

    • Explanations will be provided for each question.

    • Click "Next Question" to continue.

    • After submission of all question answers you will see a score.

    • Depending on the passing score, you may retake the assessment or move to the next section of the course.

  10. Completed Courses and Tracking:

    • Completed courses and earned credits are tracked on your tracking page and marked complete on your Learning Path.

    • Passing scores allow you to continue or repeat the assessment if needed.
