Step 1: Access Reports
On desktop: Look for the Reports section in the left-hand sidebar.
On mobile/tablet: Tap the menu icon (☰) — also known as the hamburger icon — and select Reports from the list.
Step 2: Navigate to Activity
In the Reports section, click on Activity.
Choose the provider or facility from the list.
Employees will be displayed alphabetically.
Step 3: View Individual Transcripts
Find the employee you need, then click the Actions icon next to their name.
This will show you the education completed by that employee.
Step 4: Filter by Due Date
In the upper-right corner, use the date picker to filter the transcript by due date:
You can select a custom date range or use preset options like “This Month” or “Last Month.”
Click APPLY
📅 How a Date Range Picker Works (for Due Date Filtering)
1. What It Does
The date range picker lets users choose:
A start date (e.g., June 1)
An end date (e.g., June 30)
Then, the system shows only the items whose due dates fall within this range.
Step 5: Download the Transcript
Once the transcript is visible, you'll see the option to download the report directly.
This can be helpful for record-keeping, compliance, or audits.
