The Assignment Report allows admins and supervisors to browse and export Assignment details based on an individual course or course block. This report is ideal when digging into just a few classes

๐Ÿš€ How to Access the Report

  1. Navigate to:
Go to Reports > Assignment in the left-hand menu.

  2. Apply Filters:

    • In the filter box, select the Course or Course Block you want to report on.

    • Use the Date Range Picker to select your desired time frame.

๐Ÿ•’ This date range filters based on the assignment's due date โ€” not the completion date.

  3. Run the Report:
After applying your filters, the report will load with results that match your criteria.

  4. View or Export:
You can review the data directly in the platform or click Export in the top right corner to download it as a spreadsheet.

๐Ÿ“‹ What You'll See in the Report

For each user listed, youโ€™ll see the following columns:

  • Courses Assigned

  • Courses Completed

  • Last Completed

  • Last Due

  • Next Due

  • Status

You can click on column headers to sort ascending or descending for easier review.

๐Ÿ” Understanding the Status Column

The Status column gives a quick summary of where each user stands. Hereโ€™s how each status is determined:

Status

Definition

Assigned - Not Complete

The user has a due date (past or future), but has not yet completed the course.

Not Assigned

No current or future due date โ€” the user does not have this course assigned.

Complete

All courses with due dates in the selected date range are completed, and there is no next due date.

Partially Complete

Some (but not all) courses with due dates in the range are completed, and there is no next due date.

Complete - Scheduled

All courses due in the range are completed, and the user has a future due date scheduled.

Partially Complete - Scheduled

Some courses are completed, and the user has a future due date scheduled.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

  • Always confirm your date range includes the due dates you want to evaluateโ€”not just when users completed the course.
