The Bulk Assignment feature allows those with Admin permission to assign Courses and Course Blocks to multiple users at once — ideal for onboarding or organization-wide training updates.

Steps to Use Bulk Assignment

  1. Go to Reports, then select either User or Activity Reports
    Select the appropriate Provider.

  2. Reveal and Select Users

    • 💡 Hover your mouse just to the left of a user's name to reveal the hidden checkbox. 💡

    • To assign courses to all users, use the checkbox at the top of the user list.

    • To assign courses to specific users, check the box next to each name.

3. Bulk Assign Courses

  • Click the Bulk actions button at the top of the page.

This button appears only when two or more users are selected.
To assign a course to one user, click the “+” under Actions next to their name.

    • Select Assign Courses.

    • Choose whether you would like to assign Course Blocks or individual Courses.

    • Use the checkbox next to each course you want to assign.

    • Click Next to select a due date.

    • Click Next again to review the confirmation screen, which will display the courses being assigned.

    • Confirm and submit the assignments.

The final page will confirm the course name(s), due date, and the number of employees receiving the assignment.

Note: If fewer employees appear than expected, some users may have already been assigned this education. Check the Activity Report to confirm.

What Does “Require the User to Retake These Assignments” Mean?

By default, if a user has completed a course within the last 30 days, that completion will satisfy a new assignment. This helps prevent duplicate training within a short timeframe.

If you select “Require the user to retake these assignments,” the system will override the 30-day rule and require the user to complete the course again — even if they recently finished it.

This option is helpful when retraining is necessary due to compliance concerns, incidents, policy updates, or facility-specific needs.
