How to Resend an Invite to a User
Most agencies start by sending a Carebility invitation to new users. This email prompt includes a link that allows users to begin enrollment and set up their account.
If a user hasn't completed the process, you can easily resend the invite by following these steps:
Navigate to
Reports > Users
.Locate the user in the list (users are listed alphabetically).
Look at the Status column — only users with a Pending status are eligible to receive a new invite.
Active users don’t need an invite—they’ve already logged in.
4. Click the pencil icon under the Actions column.
5. In the lower-left corner, click Resend Invite.
The user will receive an email from the Carebility team with the link to get started.
Bonus: From this same page, you can also update the user’s email, name, facility, job title, or role.
