Choosing the Right Report Export

Learn the difference between provider-level and user-level reports and how to choose the right export for your needs.

Exporting Provider and User Details

As an Admin, you can export reports in Carebility in two main ways:

  • Provider-level reports – a high-level view of education activity across providers, including an All User Summary

  • User-level reports – a closer look at individual user progress within a provider

This article explains what each view includes and when to use it.


Provider-Level Reports (High-Level View)

Important Notes

  • Admins only see providers they have permission to access.

  • Exports reflect the provider and filters selected at the time the report is run.

  • Export reflects the dates selected in the Date Range Picker
