If you try to create a new learner and see the message “A user with that email already exists,” it means the learner already has an account in Carebility—often because they work for more than one provider or location.
Since Carebility allows one account to be linked to multiple providers, the learner should keep using their existing login. To connect them to your organization, simply send us a message with their name and email so we can associate the account with your provider.
This approach keeps the learner’s training history in one place and prevents duplicate accounts.
