One Account, Multiple Employers: How Carebility Supports Multi-Agency Learners

More than one Carebility account

In some cases, a learner may work for more than one agency. This could mean working at two different providers or at two separate organizations. Managing multiple logins for different employers can be frustrating—but with Carebility, it’s easy.

One Account for All Roles

Carebility is designed so that each learner only needs one account, no matter how many agencies they work for. The same login credentials and email address will give them access to all their training assignments across multiple employers.

How It Works

Carebility can associate a single user account with:

  • More than one provider

  • More than one location within the same organization

Once connected, the learner simply logs in as usual and can access all their assigned courses in one place.

Avoiding Duplicate Training

Should an instance arise where a learner is assigned the same course by one provider and another provider, Carebility checks recent completions. If the learner has completed that course within the past 30 days, they will not be required to retake it. This ensures learners aren’t repeating training unnecessarily while still maintaining compliance.

What Learners See

Learners will see all courses assigned by all providers they are linked to, displayed together in their learning path. This means no switching accounts or logging in multiple times—everything is in one convenient dashboard.

What Admins See

While learners see all their courses together, administrators only see the data that applies to their own location. Reports and course assignments are limited to the provider or location the admin manages, ensuring privacy and clean recordkeeping.

An admin may run into an issue where the system displays: “A user with that email already exists.”
This typically means the learner already has an account
