The general onboarding track is assigned to all non-direct care team members at Cross Healthcare. It introduces our company values, workplace standards, and key compliance requirements.

Work at multiple Facilities?

If you work at more than one facility within the same organization, your onboarding learning path requirements will automatically merge so that completed courses count across all applicable locations.

If you’re also working at a facility managed by a different organization, you may have additional courses to complete. Don’t worry — if you have similar courses due around the same time, Carebility will automatically recognize and merge them across organizations when possible.

Course Duration

Each course is self-paced, averaging 12 minutes in length and ranging from 5 to 30 minutes. The courses unlock in a specified sequence which provides a smooth learning progression from introductory topics to more advanced content.
