Working at Multiple Facilities?

If you work at more than one facility within the same organization, your onboarding learning path requirements will automatically merge so that completed courses count across all applicable locations.

If you’re also working at a facility managed by a different organization, you may have additional courses to complete. Don’t worry — if you have similar courses due around the same time, Carebility will automatically recognize and merge them across organizations when possible.

To make sure you’re meeting all requirements, please review each facility’s Course Block Overview for specific expectations and details.

Course Duration

Each course is self-paced, averaging 12 minutes in length and ranging between 5 to 30 minutes.

All monthly courses must be completed by the end of their assigned month to maintain compliance with facility training standards.
