CSNHC Respiratory Therapy - 3 days

The Licensed Nurse – Respiratory Therapy Certification course block is designed for licensed nursing staff and includes one focused course that builds confidence in assessing, delivering, and documenting respiratory therapy. Nurses learn to identify when therapy is needed, safely apply treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen, and CPAP/BiPAP, and ensure proper documentation for compliance and outcomes. Centered on resident well-being, this course equips nurses to recognize early signs of decline, respond effectively, and provide skilled respiratory care with accuracy and purpose.

This course block consists of one course (Respiratory Evaluation and Therapy Modalities) and is due in three days after hire!

Courses Included:

  1. Respiratory Evaluation and Therapy Modalities

Monthly Mandated Schedule

After onboarding, you’ll continue learning through Creatives’ monthly mandated schedule.

Each month features focused topics that reinforce critical skills and regulatory standards.

You will be assigned 2-4 courses at the first of each month and are expected to complete these courses by the last day of the month when they are due!

Working at Multiple Facilities

If you work at more than one facility within the same organization, your onboarding learning path requirements will automatically merge so that completed courses count across all applicable locations.

If you’re also working at a facility managed by a different organization, you may have additional courses to complete. Don’t worry — if you have the same courses due around the same time, Carebility will automatically recognize and merge them across organizations when possible.

Creative has custom onboarding courses which will not overlap with courses outside of their organization. The only exception to this will be the Respiratory Evaluation and Modalities course which will satisfy the same requirement at a different organization.

To make sure you’re meeting all requirements, please review each facility’s Course Block Overview for specific expectations and details.

Course Duration

Each course is self-paced, averaging 12 minutes in length and ranging between 5 to 60 minutes.
