When you log in to your Carebility learning account on a laptop or desktop, you will see your Learner Dashboard on the left side of the screen. This menu helps you quickly access your courses, track your progress, and manage your account.

Below is a breakdown of each section you’ll find in the left-hand navigation.

Learning Path

This section includes all courses that have been assigned to you.
From here, you can:

  • Start or resume required courses

  • View due dates (if applicable)

  • Track your progress through each learning path

Library

The Library contains all Carebility education content available—not just what’s assigned to you.

You can:

  • Browse the full catalog of courses

  • Take classes for fun or to build additional skills

  • Review classes you’ve previously explored or completed

Track

The Track section shows your completed education along with the date you finished each course.

This is helpful when you need to:

  • Verify course completion

  • Prepare documentation for supervisors

  • Review past learning activity

Settings

Manage your personal account preferences here.
In Settings, you can:

  • Add or update your profile picture

  • Update your email address

  • Change your language preference

  • Adjust notification settings

Support

Here you can:

  • Browse helpful articles about Carebility features

  • View answers to frequently asked questions

  • Chat live with one of our support agents for fast assistance

Your Learning Path

Your learning path should look similar to the image below.

To begin a course, simply click Start or Continue

Want to see the education you’ve already completed?
Toggle the Show Completed switch at the top. Voilà—instant bragging rights.

And yes, that delightful half-donut chart is your progress tracker. It’s like your learning journey saying, “You’re this close!” (Sprinkles not included.)

Credits & Time

  • The number of credits equals the number of minutes a course typically takes to complete.

  • The clock icon shows the expected time for the course.

  • As you advance through a class, your credits earned will increase—proof that you’re making progress, one minute at a time.
