Why You Might See “You Don’t Have Access to Anything”

If you log in to Carebility and see a message saying “You don’t have access to anything,” it usually means your account is not currently active.

An inactive account cannot access courses or other content in Carebility.

Common Reasons This Happens

🔒 Your Account Is Not Active

Your account may still be set to Inactive in the system. When this happens, your learning dashboard will not show any courses.

What to do:
• Contact your facility administrator or manager
• Ask them to update your account status to Active

📅 You Are Logging In Before Your Hire Date

Some accounts are set to activate on your official hire date.

If you try to log in before that date, your account will not yet be active and you may see this message.

What to do:
• Wait until your hire date
• Try logging in again after that date

🔄 Your Facility Uses an HR Integration

Some facilities connect Carebility with their HR system. When a new employee is added or updated in HR, that information is automatically sent to Carebility.

Sometimes these systems need time to sync or communicate with each other, so your account may not appear active right away. In some cases, you may simply be logging in a little too early.

What to do:
• Wait a little while for the systems to sync
• If the issue continues, contact your administrator
• Ask them to confirm your account is set to Active in Carebility

🔁 You Are a Rehire or Have Used Carebility Before

If you previously worked for another facility that used Carebility, your account may already exist in the system. When you start at a new facility, your new organization needs to activate your account.

Sometimes this step has not happened yet.

What to do:
• Ask your administrator or HR team to confirm your account has been activated for your facility
