Careflow makes it easy to upload, organize, and manage all referral-related documents directly within each referral record. This ensures your team has the information they need for timely decision-making and smooth admissions.
Accessing Referral Documents:
Open the referral record you want to view.
Click the “Files” tab within the referral.
Key Features of the Files Tab:
Feature | How It Works |
Search Bar | Quickly find a specific document by name. |
Quick Option Button (View All) | Opens a popup on the right side to view all documents in one place. You can download or print from here. |
New Folder | Create folders to organize documents by type (e.g., Clinical, Insurance, Authorizations). |
Upload File | Drag and drop or click to upload new documents. |
File & Folder List | All uploaded files and folders appear here for easy access. |
Document Viewer (Right Side) | Click any document to view, print, or download directly from the embedded viewer. |
Managing Documents:
Checkboxes:
Use the top checkbox to select all files.
Select multiple files to view, print, save, or discard in bulk.
Sorting:
Click the Date header to sort documents chronologically (oldest to newest or reverse).
File Actions (Three Dots Menu):
Rename the file
Sync (available if PCC integration is enabled)
Open in New Tab
Delete the file
Quick Tips:
You can always return to the View All option to see every document associated with the referral in one scrollable window.
Organizing files into folders makes complex cases easier to manage.
