Careflow Document Viewer

Careflow offers a robust document viewer. This viewer allows you keep track of all patient documents in one convienient place. No more sifting through multiple systems, emails and downloads to find the document you need!

As soon as a referral comes in, the attached documents move straight into our custom document viewer. Each document is labeled and sorted by the date it was uploaded into our system.

Our file viewer allows you to search for the relevant documents, upload additional documents and create folders for enhanced organization.

Quick Actions

We also offer a series of quick actions. For now, we offer the ability to view all the documents in the viewer as one doc. This way you can scroll through one continuous document without having to interrupt your flow to click through each individual document. This will also allow you to download all the patient's files in one neat document if need be.

Look out for more quick actions coming soon!

Document Controls

There are a number of actions you can take on each document. Just click the three dots at the right side of the document to open a dropdown menu. You can rename, sync the document with PCC, open in a new tab or delete the document from the viewer.

When you click on one specific document, it will open in the right-hand sidebar, allowing you to read through the document side by side with your Careflow action area.

On each document, you can zoom, rotate, download, print or view the document in Fullscreen view. This allows you to focus on the specific areas that you need to review, saving you the time scrolling through unneeded parts of the document.

Conclusion

Careflow's document viewer provides a seamless and easy way to review and manage your documents. This document viewer allows you to easily organize, search, and securely access all referral documents from any location. Using the individual document controls, you can make sure to have the correct version of the document available when you need it.
