Hot Lead status is a special, independent status that can be applied to any pending referral. It can help you quickly indicate which referral leads have a high probability of conversion to a real admission, and it can help you better organize your referrals and communicate concepts to the rest of your team.

Simply click the "Fire" icon located on the left-hand side of the status bar above the patient's name to add this status. You can always click it again to remove the hot lead status if something changes.

Simply sort your referral index by HOT Lead and all your hot leads will be displayed at the top of your referral index listing!
