Here’s a quick guide to understanding these indicators and how to use them effectively.
Hot Referral Icon (“Flame”)
The Flame icon is a simple way to mark a referral as “hot” or high priority.
It can be used however your team defines it, such as for urgent cases, time-sensitive admissions, or VIPs.
To mark or unmark a referral as “hot,” click the Flame icon inside the referral record.
Clinical & Financial Review Statuses (Dashboard View)
On the main Dashboard graphs, referrals display with Clinical and Financial review statuses using simple icons:
Icon | Meaning |
Sparkle ✨ | AI alert (if AI review is enabled) |
(Blank) | Referral has not yet been reviewed |
Checkmark | Referral has been reviewed and approved |
Red X | Referral was reviewed and flagged for an issue |
These indicators help your team quickly spot which referrals need attention and which ones are cleared for next steps.
