Using the Careflow Chat
The Careflow chat is powerhouse of functionality. Each patient added to Careflow has its own personalized chat to provide a space for team communication that is needed regarding their personalized care. You can send messages on the chat, allowing the entire team to be on the same page at all times.
Status Logs
The Careflow chat also serves as a status log for keeping track of each status change or event that takes place in Careflow. You will see each event (Acceptance, Admission, Benefits Check, Authorization etc.) recorded in the chat with a time stamp and user stamp, so that you can see who took care of each event and at exactly what time the change took place!
Mentions
If you would like to send a message to a specific team member, type @ into the chat bar and a list of usernames will populate in the dropdown. Select the user you would like to notify. Include an @mention in your message and the message will be sent directly to your team member's inbox!
Chat Members
At the top of the chat bar, you will see all users that have previously contributed to this specific chat. You can still @mention any other team member to bring them into discussion!
