Understanding the Activity Tab
The Activity tab (Program → Activity) gives you a full log of everything happening in your loyalty program — points, referrals, and VIP tier changes. It's your go-to place for auditing transactions and resolving customer queries.
The tab is split into three separate sub-tables:
1. Points
A table showing all recent points transactions, with columns for Customer, Action, Points, Date, an "All" filter, and pagination (e.g. "Showing 1 – 10 out of 11"). Example actions you'll see logged:
"Points spent on [reward name]" (negative points)
"Points earned on placing an order #XXXX"
"Points earned on sign up"
"Points earned on adding date of birth" — this is logged separately from sign-up, confirming birthday submission and the actual birthday reward are two distinct, separately-tracked events.
2. Referral
A separate table tracking referral activity, filterable by All / Completed / Pending. If no referrals have happened yet, you'll see "No referrals yet."
3. VIP
A table tracking VIP tier changes, with columns for Customers, Tier achieved, Description, Date. Example entry: "Customer assigned to [Tier Name] tier based on 1056 points."
Common Use Cases
A customer says they didn't receive points for an order — check the Points log to verify.
You want to confirm a referral was completed and rewarded — check the Referral log.
You want to confirm a customer was correctly assigned to a VIP tier — check the VIP log.
You're auditing points before running a reset or expiry.
