Overview of the Casa Loyalty Program Tab
The Program tab is the heart of Casa Loyalty. It's where you manage everything related to your loyalty program — from how customers earn and spend points, to referrals, VIP tiers, and special campaigns.
How to Access It
From the left-side navigation in the Casa Loyalty app, click Program. You'll see six sub-tabs along the top of the page.
The Six Sub-Tabs
1. Points
Set up how customers earn points (e.g. placing an order, signing up, social actions) and how they can redeem them (e.g. discounts, free shipping, POS rewards). This is where your core loyalty program lives. See How the Points Tab Works.
2. Referral
Create a referral program so existing customers can refer friends and earn rewards. You can configure what both the referrer and their friend receive, choose a Friend Reward Strategy (Immediate or Reward on Signup), set up milestones, and customise sharing across Facebook, X (Twitter), and Email. See How to Set Up Referrals.
3. VIP
Build a VIP tier system that rewards your most loyal customers with exclusive perks. You can set tiers based on points earned, amount spent, and more. See How to Set Up VIP Tiers.
4. Surprise & Delight
Create one-off surprise campaigns to reward specific customers or segments — a great way to build loyalty and delight your top shoppers. See How to Use Surprise & Delight Campaigns.
5. Limited-time Offer
Internally called Spending Bonuses, this lets you reward customers with a discount or gift card once their order crosses a spend threshold you define. See How Spending Bonuses Work.
6. Activity
View a full log of activity across your loyalty program, split into three sub-tables: Points, Referral, and VIP. See Understanding the Activity Tab.
Program Status
Each sub-tab (Points, Referral, VIP, and Limited-time Offer) has its own on/off toggle. A sub-program being "OFF" means it's not visible or active for your customers, even if you have rules configured. Make sure to activate each program once you're ready to go live.
