How to navigate to the User Account Settings
In the top right of your screen click the Profile Icon
Then choose Settings
This will always take you to your User Account Settings
Account information
Profile Picture
Your profile picture is required for your profile to reflect inside the mobile application.
First Name and Last Name
Account email
This email is used to log into the web portal
Job Title
This should be set at the time of Implementation. It is recommended to not change this to anything that was not decided with your Implementation Manager as it could break your user permissions.
If you need a new title please contact our support team using the chat bubble or emailing support@casestatus.com.
Client facing email
This is the email that shows up on your client bio in the mobile application.
Cell number
This is a secondary way to log in. You can use your cell number to receive a pin to access the web portal.
Office number
This is the number that shows on your Client facing bio.
Description
This is typically used as the "About Me" section. This will show in the Client facing mobile application.
Password
You can change your password from this page.
If you do not know your password you can log in using your phone number to receive a pin. Once you are logged in you can update your password here without knowing the old one.

Calendar Integration
You can send appointments created within Case Status to your personal calendar. Integrate with Google Calendar or Outlook.
Case Notifications
Enable or Disable this setting to receive notifications from Cases you are associated with.
Email daily reports
Send me a daily summary email of unread messages
This will send an email with a summary of missed messages from cases you are associated with.
Send me a daily exception report of the nightly sync
This will send a summary report of any cases that did not sync to Case Status and the reason why.
Email notifications
Please Note: You will only receive notifications for cases you are associated with.
Send me a notification for each client inbound message
Receive an email when a client messages your firm for any case you are associated with.
Send me a notification for each NetPromoter score.
Receive an email when a client fills out a NetPromoter score.
