How to adjust your notifications

Overview of notification types for Firm Staff Members

Updated today

Case Status offers a few different options to receive email notifications. This includes case specific and daily reporting.

How to adjust my notifications

  1. Within Case Status choose the Profile Icon in the top right and choose Settings

  2. Scroll down to one of the three Notifications sections:

Case Notifications

  1. Default notification to ON for all of my Matters

    1. Receive notifications anytime a matter/case is updated by the Client. This can be a message, appointment, or document upload.

    2. Toggling this OFF means that, by default, you will not receive notifications for new cases where you are assigned.

    3. To toggle notifications back on for an individual case, go to app.casestatus.com, search for the case, and click the notification bell next to your name.

Email Daily Reports

  1. Send me a daily summary email of unread messages

    1. This will only send for cases you are associated with

  2. Send me a daily exception report of the nightly sync

    1. Receive a report of cases that did not sync over to Case Status during the nightly sync. This report will include the reason why the sync did not complete.

Email Notifications

  1. Send me a notification for each client inbound message

  2. Send me a notification for each Net Promoter Score

  3. Send me a notification for each created treatment log

NOTE:

Email Notifications will only send on cases where you have been assigned to the case.
