How to filter messages

When you click into your inbox your can filter messages to narrow down your view.

Please Note: You will only see messages for cases that you are associated with inside Case Status. You will not see messages from cases that you are not on.

How to filter messages

  1. From your Case Status homepage choose the Inbox in the top right.

  2. Choose See all messages

  3. You can then filter

    1. All - Show all messages

    2. Internal - Messages that are internal from Staff Members

    3. Client - Messages sent by the Client

    4. Collaboration - Messages sent by outside collaborators

    5. Unread - All messages that have not been marked as read
