SOP: Editing or Cancelling a Class for a One-Time Occurrence
Objective
To provide a step-by-step guide on how to edit or cancel a class for a one-time occurrence using the Class Schedule feature.
Key Steps
Access Class Schedule:
If you are a coach or admin, locate the Edit button on the left-hand side of the screen.
Edit Class Details:
Click on the Edit button to access options such as changing the coach, class type, duration, and membership limits.
Cancelling a Class:
To cancel the class, scroll down to the bottom of the editing options.
Update Class:
After making the necessary changes, click on the "Update Class" button to save your edits.
Alternative Method - Coaching Schedule:
As a coach or admin, access the Coaching Schedule for a monthly layout.
Edit or Cancel Class:
Click on the specific class date to access editing options such as cancelling the class, changing the time, or updating the coach.
Save Changes:
Click on the "Update Class" button to finalize the changes.
Cautionary Notes
Date Changes: It is not possible to change the date of the class using this method.
Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions as a coach or admin to make these edits.
Tips for Efficiency
Consistency: Use the same method (Class Schedule or Coaching Schedule) for editing or cancelling classes to maintain consistency.
