SOP: Creating Tracks in Chalk It Pro
Objective
To create tracks in Chalk It Pro to control access to workouts and classes effectively.
Key Steps
Go to the "Admins" section in Chalk It Pro.
Locate the "Tracks and Memberships" area and click on "Tracks."
Rename the default track to a specific name, e.g., "My Workout of the Day."
Set the track to private to restrict access to selected individuals.
Choose a preferred programming style for the track, such as multi-level six levels or typical Rx programming.
Adjust the visibility settings if needed, like releasing workouts at a specific time.
Save the track settings.
Create additional tracks as needed, such as personal training, nutrition, or open gym, following the same process.
You can add members to the tracks manually by clicking on the person icon but you will most likely be controlling access to tracks via your Memberships. Please refer to the memberships help area

Ensure that tracks are set to private if restricted access is required.
Double-check the programming style selected for each track to align with the intended content.
Be cautious when adjusting visibility settings to avoid unintended release of workouts.
