SOP: Adding a Coupon to an Existing Membership
Objective: To add a coupon to an existing membership in the system.
Key Steps:
Access the member list in the system.
Click on the membership to which you wish to add a coupon.
Navigate to "Manage Discounts" section.
If there is an existing coupon, delete it if necessary.
Click on "Add a Coupon" option.
Enter the details of the new coupon (e.g., discount amount).
Click "Apply Changes" to save the new coupon.
The new coupon will be applied on the next billing cycle.

Ensure that you have the correct membership selected before adding a coupon.
Double-check the details of the new coupon to avoid errors in discount application.
