Objective
To create and set up payment plans for different memberships efficiently and accurately. Watch the video to see an example of how to set up 4 week or monthly billing as well as setting up coupons to offer discounted rates.
Key Steps
Click on the icon under the payment plans column to add a new payment plan.
Fill in the name and description for the payment plan.
Add the price information and taxes (if any), including recurring price and any one-time fees.
Set the number of billing cycles and add a free trial period if necessary.
Save the payment plan.
Repeat the process to create additional payment plans for different memberships, following steps 2-5.
If offering discounts, create a new payment plan with a lower price or create a coupon for a particular membership.

Double-check all information entered for accuracy before saving.
Ensure that the payment plan details align with the specific membership it is intended for.
Be cautious when disabling QR code purchase options, as it may impact future sales.

Use descriptive names for payment plans to easily identify them.
