Short answer: Kind of. We do not have a way to directly add client notes or goals in their profile yet. But...
Long answer: You could do it through Workout Programs.
Add a workout program called "Client Goals".
Add a 1-day workout called "goals" and choose "Freeform" as the score.
Choose as many score inputs as desired (how many goals do you want them to input).
Make it a benchmark.
Do not put a leaderboard (privacy for the client).
Input a description of what goals you'd like them to track.
Assign that 1-day workout any client or track you wish.
When they enter a score(s), they can add detailed notes about the goal. Once they save the workout, they'll be able to search for this in their dashboard. You can reassign this as many times as you'd like to "check-in" to see how they're doing with their goals or to reassess if their goals have changed.
