SOP: Adding and Managing Custom Movements in Chalk It Pro
Objective:
To add and manage custom movements in the Chalk It Pro system for easy access and tracking in workouts and programming.

Navigate to the menu on the left side and select "Movements Metrics" under coaches.
Click on the plus button in the top right corner to add a new movement to the library.
Fill in the name, custom URL (if applicable), category, and tags for the movement to make it easily searchable.
Save the custom movement to the library.
To manage the custom movement, revisit the "Movements Metrics" screen and edit links, categories, or tags as needed.

Access custom movements in "My Dashboard" for quick reference and tracking.
