When a coach or admin uses "Create a New Member" in Members, there's now a "Verify Email Address" field that you must enter to match emails. This will help prevent creation of accounts with wrong emails.

Seems tedious at first, but it will make life easier if you accidentally create an account with a wrong, mistyped email.

There is a "confirm email" field when athlete's create their own account via chalkitpro.com.

When athlete's register via the app, they must be sent an invite from the gym through Members or a membership link. If they don't have an invite and try to register an account, it will kick off this message:

The system recognizes the email hasn't been invited from a gym. This is to prevent wrong emails getting typed in, duplicate accounts from being created, and accounts getting created that shouldn't. If they need access to the gym, simply send them an invite link OR give them your gym's invite code.
