Overview of New Membership Checkout Process

Step 1: Introduction of New Feature 0:00

  • A new feature has been introduced for membership sign-ups.

  • All drop-in links or QR codes will now prompt users to sign documents at the end of the checkout process.


Step 2: Inclusion of All Membership Types 0:14

  • Previously, only drop-in memberships required document signing after checkout.

  • Now, all membership types, including punch cards and subscriptions, will also require document signing.


Step 3: Simplified Document Signing Process 0:32

  • Users will no longer need to access the app to sign documents.

  • Document signing will occur immediately after the checkout process.


Step 4: Example of Punch Card Membership 0:39

  • An example of a 15-class punch card is provided.

  • The process is the same whether users enter the URL or scan a QR code.


Step 5: Proceeding with Checkout 0:56

  • Users will begin the checkout process after completing the information form.

  • They will then proceed to the payment section.


Step 6: Entering Payment Information and Signing Documents 1:10

  • Users can now enter their payment information to complete the checkout.

  • Once payment is complete, users will be prompted to sign documents
