SOP: Creating a Punch Card Membership
Objective
The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on how to create a punch card membership, including setting up the membership details, tracks, punches, and payment plan.
Key Steps
Access the membership setup screen under admins.
Click on the "Create Punch Card Membership" button.
Provide a name for the punch card (e.g., 10 punches for Workout of the Day track).
Set the maximum class reservations per day and an expiration date for the punch card (e.g., 30 days).
Select the tracks that the membership will have access to (e.g., Workout of the Day track).
Add the number of punches available for each track.
Optionally, set a combined limit for all tracks together.
Remove access to any tracks not included in the membership.
Add a payment plan by entering basic information and the price of the punch card.
Optionally, add taxes to the punch card.
Consider enabling the auto-renew option for the punch card at the individual member level after purchase.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that the expiration date and maximum class reservations are set accurately to avoid any confusion for members.
Double-check the tracks and punches allocated to each membership to prevent errors in access.
Be cautious when setting the auto-renew option, as it should only be enabled after a member has purchased a specific punch card.
