In this video, I explain the process of setting up multiple punch card memberships compared to a single punch card with various payment plans. I detail how to customize the number of classes, expiration dates, and track access for each membership.
If you have multiple Punch Card options (for adults, as an example) - a 10 class punch card and a 15 class punch card - you'll need to set-up multiple Punch Card Memberships, not multiple payment plans under (1) Punch Card Membership.
When you create (1) Punch Card Membership and have multiple payment plans under that Membership umbrella, you run into the issue of not being able to set the number of class expiration to those different payment plans.
In order to set the 10 and 15 class expiration, it will need to be in (2) Punch Card Memberships with payment plans accordingly.
See video for a visual walk through of the difference between the two.
