If you want to log a result for a lift or workout you completed outside the gym programming, you can follow the steps below to populate the result for My Dashboard.

*Note: searching for a workout in My Dashboard only populates the results logged.

Step 1) Click into Workout Builder

Step 2) Search for a Workout

Step 3) Search via a variety of Options

Specific Name of the Workout

Workout Date (previously completed)

Workout Category

Workout Movements

Workout Tags

Timed Results

If you do not see the workout or lift you desire, you can return to the Workout Builder page and click New Workout to create your own.

*Note: If you're logging a lifting movement, make sure that the movement is consistent each time you log to populate the history each time. Example - If you performed a 5x5 Back Squat one week and then a 5x3 Back Squat w/ a pause the following week, if you want the 5x3 result to populate under the 5x5 result, you would need to choose "Back Squats" as the movement for both. If you choose "Pause Back Squats" for the 5x3, the history of the 5x5 will not show because you logged it under "Back Squats".

Step 4) After adding the workout, return to Daily Workouts to log the result
