Understanding Class Access and Reservations
Classes that appear on your schedule in the app are available to you either through your membership or by being manually granted access by a gym admin.
You can only reserve classes that your membership includes. If you try to reserve a class outside your access, you may see an error message like this:
This usually means that you were manually granted visibility to a specific track or program, but not full reservation access. This is often done to view programming without booking.
Additionally, your gym may offer more classes than your current membership allows. You’ll still see these classes on the schedule, but you won’t be able to reserve them.
In some cases, classes may appear on your schedule with the message:
This is intentional. It lets you know a class is occurring at that time, even though your membership doesn’t grant access to it.
