Why can't a member see the schedule of classes?

There's a few reasons you may not be able to see the schedule of classes

There are only two ways to grant access to a class schedule:

  1. Through a Membership

  2. By Manually Assigning Track Access

Track Setup

Ensure the track is set up correctly:

  • Private vs. Public Tracks – A public track only provides visibility to programming, not the schedule. Even without a membership, anyone can see the programming on a public track, but they won’t automatically gain access to classes.

Membership Setup

When creating a membership, select the appropriate tracks to grant access to scheduling and programming.

Class Setup

When setting up a class, assign it to the correct track to ensure members with access to that track can see and book the class.

Manually Assigning Track Access

If needed, you can manually grant track access:

  • From the Track Setup page

  • From the Member’s Profile

By properly setting up tracks, memberships, and classes, members will see only the classes they have access to based on their membership.
