Chariot has dashboard views for your leads, jobs, and archives pages. Each page starts with the Chariot default view, which sets which columns show, what order they're in, and how the rows are filtered and sorted.
Depending on what you do, you may want to see that data differently. Views let you do that. You can create your own views, save them, and set one as your default so it loads every time you log in.

Default View
Every account has the Chariot default view. It's the standard layout, and it can't be changed. Any view you create is separate from it, and you can switch back to the default at any time.
What a View Includes
A view saves how the whole table is laid out, not just a filter. In a view you can:
Choose which columns show and hide the rest
Reorder columns
Apply multiple filters
Sort by a column
Change column widths
Pin columns to the left or right so they always stay visible
Everything you set is saved with the view.
Adding a New View
Click on the Add View Icon: Locate the add view icon in your dashboard.
Name Your View: Enter a name for your new view. For example, you can name it "My View".
Save Your View: Click on the Save button. Your new view will now appear in the drop-down menu.
Customizing Your View
Once your view is created, you can filter and customize the data displayed:
Filter by Name: Use the filter option to display only the data you need. For example, you can filter by names containing "test".
This filter might show around 20 results that meet the criteria.
Filter on Any Column: You can filter on any column in the table, not just name.
Hide Irrelevant Columns: If there are columns that are not relevant to your needs, such as the distance column, you can hide them.
Click on the three dots next to the column and select Hide
Saving Your Customizations
After applying your desired filters and hiding unnecessary columns:
Save Your View: Click on the save view button to retain all the filters and sorting options you’ve applied.
Switching Views: If you clear the view, you will return to the Chariot default view. To go back to your custom view, simply select it from the drop-down menu.
Setting a Default View
To make your custom view the default view:
Select Your View from the Drop-Down Menu: Navigate to your custom view.
Click the Star Icon: This will set your custom view as the default view.
Now, every time you log in, your customized view will be the default display.
