Send an email or text to your staff when an event is booked.

If you have your events set up to allow staff to claim them, you can set up an automated message to go out to them when an event is booked.

Start by going to Manage --> Automated Messages

  1. Click New Automated Message

  2. Select the Booking Created template group

  3. Select the Send Staff Email to Request/Claim Booking

  4. Click View Template to edit the template and click Save to enable it
