Add travel fees to your bookings.

You can apply travel fees to all your bookings using travel zones. You can set up as many travel zones as you need, but one is typically all that is needed. To start:

  1. Click Manage --> Business Settings

  2. Go to Travel

  3. Click New Travel Zone

Name your new travel zone and set the range:

  • Optional - set a minimum range (Only apply to events more than this far away)

  • Optional - set a maximum range (Only apply to events less than this far away)

  • Required - set the starting address for your travel zone

  • Required - set the fees for this travel zone

    • None

    • Flat fee

    • Distance based fee

  • Treat travel fees as taxable? (Yes or No)

  • Choose whether to calculate the fees one-way or round-trip.

Select which packages this travel fee applies to.

Lastly, select whether or not you will accept bookings outside your travel zone.

Note that if an event venue is outside of your travel zones, and you accept bookings outside of your travel zones, then no travel fee will apply to that booking.
