To postpone or cancel an event, simply click on the booking or proposal and scroll down to the bottom. At the bottom right you will see a button to Cancel or Postpone the event. You can also permanently delete a booking here, which can be helpful if you've created a test booking.
When you postpone an event, all the booking information will be preserved, including messages, questionnaires and payments collected to date.
Finding a postponed booking
When you postpone a booking, the date and time that was reserved by the booking will become available again, and the booking will be hidden from your bookings/proposals page until you select the filter in the left sidebar to show all or show postponed/ canceled only, and click the Apply button.
If you cancel an event that has had payments made on it, you will need to make the refund manually, as the system will not initiate a refund automatically.
To show the booking in your active bookings list, simply click on the booking, then click the status button where it says Postponed Booking and check the radio button under Postponed to select No.
