Here you get a full overview of all the building blocks in FORMS Pro.
Log in to Next Field
Go to My Company
Click on 'Click here to see your company's FORMS templates', highlighted in blue below:
(click on the image below to see it in a separate tab)
Click on "New forms template":
You will then enter FORMS Builder.

(Press "f" to get it in full screen, and "f" again to decrease it.)
